The Buggles - Adventures In Modern Recording 1981

Adventures in Recording Modern é o segundo e último álbum de estúdio pela banda britânica de synthpop um duo de músicos chamado "The Buggles", lançado em 1981 pela Carrere records. Após as suas passagens como membros do Yes, o álbum contém nove faixas, incluindo uma versão enxuta da "Into the Lens" do Yes, aqui, intitulada " I Am the Camera ". O álbum lançado foi principalmente um trabalho solo de Trevor Horn, Geoffrey Downes que ingressou no "Asia" antes da gravação começar.

A evolução para o segundo álbum é incrível, parece um álbum de milhões de anos depois, mas é apenas de um ano depois!

The Buggles - Age Of Plastic 1980

The Buggles foi um duo britânico formado em 1977 por Trevor Horn, Geoff Downes que cantaram no YES posteriormente. Bruce Woolley dividia as composições do grupo, detendo 50% dos direitos, mas, de acordo com sua própria declaração, não pertencia realmente à banda. Assim, saiu do grupo antes do primeiro single ter sido lançado para formar o conjunto The Camera Club. O vídeo-clip "Video Killed the Radio Star", dirigido por Russell Mulcahy, foi o primeiro a ser exibido na MTV americana e sucesso até hoje!

Age Of Plastic é o primeiro álbum de estúdio escrito, produzido e realizado pela banda britânica duo chamado The Buggles, que consistia nos músicos Trevor Horn e Geoff Downes. O álbum foi produzido com um orçamento de 60.000 Euros. As músicas foram escritas pelo Buggles entre 1977-1979, com a ajuda de Bruce Woolley em algumas faixas. As faixas de apoio foram gravadas no Town House Virgin no oeste de Londres, enquanto a mixagem e gravação da voz foi feito no Sarm Studios no Leste. tudo foi concluído antes do Natal de 1979.

Essa é uma banda de pop galera!!! esse não é o intuito do blog, mas esse pop dessa época tinha uma sonoridade macabra e a estruturação musical era muito mais envolta ao rock do que realmente um POP! Porem como o som ecoa nas radios retrôs das mais POPs, teve essa nomenclatura!

Magnification é o 17 álbum de estúdio pela banda de rock progressivo Yes, lançado em 2001.
Foi o primeiro álbum da banda no novo século e o seu segundo com uma orquestra completa (depois de  Time and a Word de 1970). Ele marcou o último álbum de estúdio da banda até à data com o vocalista Jon Anderson. Dentre Lançamentos na saída de Igor Khoroshev no ano anterior e Rick Wakeman volta em 2002, é o único álbum da história da banda que não apresenta nenhum tecladista.

The Ladder é o 16 álbum de estúdio pelo grupo de rock progressivo Yes e foi lançado em 1999.

Open Your Eyes é o 15 álbum de estúdio pela banda de rock progressivo Yes , lançado em 1997. É o primeiro álbum com Billy Sherwood como um membro da banda, e é o único em que ele é o principal tecladista.

Após a reunião em meados da década de 1970 o lineup "clássico" do Yes, o tecladista Rick Wakeman havia deixado a banda mais uma vez, alegando planos futuros e planos de turnê e álbum solo em vista. A fim de sustentar o momento, a banda foi obrigada a vir para cima com uma nova formação viável, bem como novas fontes de materiais musicais.

Yes - Talk 1994

Talk é o décimo quarto álbum de estúdio de rock progressivo da banda Yes, lançado em 1994. É seu primeiro lançamento com um selo independente, depois de ter sido mantida a carreira até agora com a Atlantic Records e Arista Records. Em uma entrevista de 1993, Alan White brincou dizendo que o álbum seria chamado Crunching Numbers, e outro título de trabalho era History of the Future. Ele também mencionou uma canção chamada Scarlet from the Tide", mas não se sabe se esta canção tornaria-se do álbum. Talk é também o último álbum do Yes que gravou com Tony Kaye nos teclados e Trevor Rabin nas guitarras , teclados e vocais. O artista pop Peter Max criou a obra de arte para o álbum.

Yes - Union 1991

Union é o décimo terceiro álbum de estúdio pela banda Inglesa de rock progressivo Yes , lançado em 1991. Foi assim chamado porque ele reuniu line-up anterior do Yes álbum ( Jon Anderson , Chris Squire , Trevor Rabin , Alan White , Tony Kaye ) e os então ex-membros do "Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe" grupo (Jon Anderson, Bill Bruford, Rick Wakeman e Steve Howe ). Tornando Union o último álbum do Yes com seu baterista original Bruford, e o último álbum com o guitarrista Howe e o tecladista Wakeman antes de seu retorno em 1995. É também o único com o guitarrista Rabin em que ele não tocou nenhum teclado.
